Rainwater from your roof and gutters will go into a drain. This is not part of your gutters. if this is blocked, it will be demonstrated by water either leaking from the downpipe or from the gutters.
I can in most circumstances unblock these. there will be a charge. But less than a drain company and almost all household drain insurance will not cover soakaway pipes
I will require access to electrical power for most work.
I can and will remove gutter brushes and screens.
Please bear in mind when you ask me to remove brushes and screens, that you paid someone to fit them and there will be a charge to remove them, in the case of brushes in particular, this is a messy job.
Everything that I do will have safety uppermost in my mind.
If you have wooden decking or slippery paving slabs and ladder access is needed to fit a part for example this may not be possible.
I carry numerous popular gutter parts and if you have a leak, fitting a new part is far better than refitting the existing part.
If a new part is not available, I can refit the existing part, although I cannot guarantee this will stop the leak.
I may have to put a ladder on your lawn or against a bush to gain access to the guttering.
If you live in a property that has no rear access and need a part fitting at the rear of the house, I will need to get a 4metre long ladder into the back garden.
A lot of customers benefit from my neighbour discount scheme. Just to clarify, if my stuff has to go back into my van to get to your neighbours house, for the purposes of this discount, this isn't a neighbour.
I reserve the right to charge extra for jobs (typically houses with solar panels) where the gutters are heavily soiled with pigeon mess.
