This would be for fitting one part on a  1 or 2 storey property or a straightforward downpipe blockage.

Price of part not included.

Fitting parts when done with a clean is cheaper.

If you live in a home typical of the standard for that property, you will pay the lower price, If your home has been extended or has excessive plant growth, you will pay up to the higher price. 

Substantial or chalet bungalows maybe more, but not usually more than £70.00

Terraced house not more than 6 metres wide

Terraced house over 6 metres wide or with an extension

Single £10.00, double £20.00, triple £30.00

Guttering on front and rear..

If you live in a home typical of the standard for that property, you will pay the lower price, If your home has been extended or has excessive plant growth, you will pay up to the higher price. 

If you and your neighbours both want your gutters cleaned at the same time, I will take 20% off each price. This must be pre-booked to avoid disappointment. If you see me at your neighbours house and want your

gutters done at the same time, I may be able to fit you in, but I may have other customers booked in. MEWP jobs are not included in this offer.

These prices are guides, and do not include extra services, such as removing brushes or screens, fitting parts, and are based on good access for both a van and ladder for access if repairs are needed.
